FreeBiller Privacy Policy

This FreeBiller privacy policy explains how the current website handles billing drafts, recent document history and technical information associated with visiting the site.

Billing information on your device

Normal document editing and PDF generation run in your browser. Drafts, saved customer details and recent invoice history use local browser storage rather than a FreeBiller cloud account. This storage is specific to the browser profile and device. Clearing site data can remove it, and private browsing may not retain it after the session ends.

You control the document details you enter and the files you download. Using a print destination, email application or device share option sends a document to the destination you choose. Those services operate separately from FreeBiller. Keep exported records somewhere appropriate for your business.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

Advertising is disabled by default while this site is prepared for review. If Google AdSense is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise advertising using visits across sites.

Advertising providers may place or read third-party cookies and use identifiers, web beacons, browser information or IP addresses for advertising and measurement. Invoice fields, customer lists, business logos, GSTINs, bank details and payment QR contents are never supplied to advertising providers by FreeBiller. Use the Google advertising policy and Ads Settings links below to learn more or opt out of personalised ads.

Analytics and cookie choices

Google Analytics is configured on the home page and blog pages and loads only after you allow analytics cookies. It can receive technical visit information such as page location, device/browser information and cookie identifiers. It does not run on editor, history, receipt, calculator, payment QR or other tool pages. No invoice, rent receipt or payment form contents are sent to analytics. You can reject optional cookies and use the tools. Necessary browser storage for drafts, theme and cookie preferences is separate from advertising or analytics cookies.

You can reject optional cookies and continue using the tools. Where optional services are configured, use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Preferences are stored locally where your browser permits; if storage is blocked, a choice applies only to the current page session. Changing your choice stops future optional loads; your browser controls can remove cookies already set by another provider.

External resources and invoice privacy

Invoice editing, PDF generation and payment QR generation take place on your device. Invoice form data is never uploaded to FreeBiller or its hosting server. There is no cloud sync or server-side invoice account. Printing, downloading and sharing are actions you choose; sending a file through WhatsApp, email or another application shares it with that destination under its own privacy practices.

The site uses system fonts; the PDF font is served as a static local asset. Some blog images are requested from an external image provider. Hosting and these resource providers receive ordinary technical request information when static pages or assets are requested. This is separate from the private document data stored in your browser.

Contact messages and removal requests

If you email us, the address and information you send are processed through email so we can respond. Do not send customer tax details or complete billing records when a redacted description would explain an issue. Local drafts cannot be retrieved or deleted remotely by support; remove them through your browser’s site-data controls.

Contact us using the email below for questions about this policy or information you have sent directly to us. We do not list a postal address or telephone number on this page. This notice describes the current product and may be updated when its data handling changes.
