FreeBiller Terms of Use

These FreeBiller terms of use describe the intended use of the browser billing tools and the responsibilities that remain with the person creating a document.

Use accurate transaction details

Use the service for genuine business records and documents you are authorised to prepare. You are responsible for the identity, amounts, dates, descriptions, tax treatment and other details entered into a bill. Do not create misleading proof of a purchase, stay, payment, registration or entitlement.

Sample previews are illustrations. Replace their contents before issuing a document, and do not present a sample as evidence that a real transaction occurred. You should have permission to use any logo or other material you add.

Review, export and retain your records

FreeBiller provides document preparation and arithmetic based on your entries. You must check the result before relying on or sharing it. The tools do not provide bookkeeping, tax filing, inventory management, payment verification or government e-invoice registration.

Browser drafts and the recent document list are conveniences rather than a managed backup service. Save issued PDFs and keep supporting records separately. Clearing browser data, changing profiles or losing a device may remove locally stored information.

Availability and third-party services

The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every business requirement. Features and content may change. Device printing, sharing, fonts, external images and linked websites depend on separate software or providers.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the tools do not meet a requirement of your transaction or record-keeping process, use a suitable alternative. Questions about the service can be sent to the contact email below.
