A bill’s appearance does not establish authenticity, tax registration, eligibility for credit or acceptance by a customer, employer or authority.

Examples and templates help explain a layout. They are not documents for an actual transaction. Check every issued document against the underlying business records and the requirements that apply to the supply.

Use this tool only for genuine purchases and your own records. Do not create bills for transactions that did not happen or to claim false reimbursement.

The site creates standard invoice PDFs. It does not register documents with an Invoice Registration Portal, generate an Invoice Reference Number, or supply the government e-invoice QR. A PDF downloaded here is not a substitute for an applicable e-invoicing process.
